GWBRANDING CEO CLIENTS' REPONSIBILITIES
These policies are to be read and interpreted in accordance with any and all applicable service agreements provided to the GWBranding CEO client (herein after “You”, “Your” or “Yours).
Communication
You agree to select as least one person (“Representative”) as the final decision maker on your behalf. GWBranding CEO is not responsible nor required to communicate with any parties for services provided to you except for Representative.
You agree to respond to communications and requests for approvals and information from GWBranding CEO within five (5) business days. If you do not reply to GWBranding CEO with specific requests for revisions, or approval within (5) business days, you will be deemed to have given approval. You understand that there are certain requirements and information that GWBranding CEO cannot move forward on without your input and in those situations, the services GWBranding CEO has been hired to rendered may be placed on hold until information is provided by you. Delays in providing requested information to GWBranding CEO may result in significant delays in providing services and meeting important deadlines. You understand the missing deadlines can result in significant service delays and approval delays, denial, or termination of services. You agree to hold GWBranding CEO harmless for any denials, delays, or termination of services as a result of your delayed communication, miscommunication, or non-communication.
You are encouraged to contact GWBranding CEO with any questions or concerns regarding your service; however, you may not prohibit GWBranding CEO’s performance of services without proper written notice sent via email to info@gwbrandingceo.com
You will be responsible for supplying GWBranding CEO with all information, materials, data, and documents necessary to provide services. You agree to timely provide the required deliverables as requested by GWBranding CEO to adequately provide its services to you. If you fail to provide any deliverable within five (5) business days, GWBranding CEO may place services on hold and GWBranding CEO may terminate your services.
Payments
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on GWBranding CEO’s fees, charges, and billing terms. If you do not pay on time or GWBranding CEO cannot charge your credit card or other payment method for any reason, GWBranding CEO reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your services. You are expressly agreeing that GWBranding CEO is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your receipt of GWBranding CEO’s services and the fees will be billed to your credit card or other designated payment method.
Refunds
GWBRANDING CEO IS A SERVICE-BASED BUSINESS, THEREFORE, PAYMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER, YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL 100% REFUND, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF HIRE DATE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF HIRE, ANY PAYMENTS MADE BY YOU UNDER THE CONTRACT OR SALE, AND ANY NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT EXECUTED BY YOU WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT BY GWBRANDING CEO OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE.
IF YOU CANCEL AFTER TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS, THEN YOU SHALL REMAIN LIABLE FOR PERFORMANCE OF ALL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CONTRACT. FURTHER, CANCELLATION AFTER TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS IS DEEMED A WAIVER OF ALL REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS TENDERED TO GWBRANDING CEO.

NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED FOR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION RECEIVED BY GWBRANDING CEO AFTER TWO BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF HIRE. IF YOU HAVE A BALANCE DUE ON YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU AGREE THAT GWBRANDING CEO MAY CHARGE SUCH UNPAID FEES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OTHERWISE BILL YOU FOR SUCH UNPAID FEES.
No Chargebacks
You acknowledge and agree that no chargebacks shall be allowed for any service rendered or any payment made to GWBranding CEO. In the event that PayPal, Stripe, or any other third-party online payment service grants a refund or chargeback in contravention to these terms and conditions, you shall take any and all actions and execute all documents deemed necessary by GWBranding CEO to reverse such refund or chargeback. You also agree that your acceptance of services or email correspondence for acceptance of services, shall be sufficient documentation to an online payment service needing proof or documentation that the service rendered by GWBranding CEO or needing justification for a reversal of a chargeback/refund. Further, in the event of a chargeback, whether authorized or unauthorized by you after the services have been rendered, you agree that you will provide the outstanding payment to GWBranding CEO within five (5) calendar days of notice.
Unpaid balances will accrue interest in the amount of ten (10) percent per month until the outstanding balance is paid.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
You agree not to authorize any chargebacks for services rendered by GWBranding CEO and understand that the authorization of a chargeback for services rendered may constitute theft of services under applicable state and federal law.
Acknowledgement
By submission of payment(s) to GWBranding CEO and communication of desired services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
